A Chaotic Conference

After talking to you at the IAS Jazz lounge, I found myself with more motivation to start a blog. Thanks

Met you at brunchen in Los Angeles for HRW, and finally got a chance to look over your blog! Wonderful job, keep it up and give passionate motivation for the nameless youth in our home country that live in a sheer-to-sheer world.
Hope the rest of the dinners went well!
Thanks - Taraneh

I've written before about the "Luxury" of self-care - shifting our mindset from self-care being something we HAVE to do, to something we GET to do, with the reward being more healthy and full lives. But what if, deep down, you don'l think you DESERVE a healthy and full life?
